June 3rd – Youth led Worship Evening from 7 – 8:30pm. We always delight in the Worship Evenings here at HCC. This is the first time for one to be arranged and led by the Youth Group – the 4th Dimension! All are welcome to come and worship with us.
Just for Men’s fellowship time is this Saturday at 8:30am in the office. This monthly event is for HCC men and youth who come together for quality time lead by Pastor Jim. This time includes Bible study, inspiration and prayer.
This week, one of the men will give his testimony.
ALL-HCC Retreat planned for Thursday — Saturday, May 1 – 3. This is the Labor Day weekend, and we are scheduled to leave early on Thursday morning. Planned for the whole HCC family, Rev Dale Cooper will be visiting us from the US and bringing the main message entitled, “Trumpets, Ashes, Tears, and Dreams”. In addition, there will be a separate children’s program focusing on “The Parable of the Sower.” Please see the information pages and bulletin for more information.
March 11 after the worship service we will have a Small Group Leaders meeting. That is next Friday at 11:15am in the Fellowship Hall located right accross the grasy lawn in the garden .

January 22, Saturday – Woman’s Retreat:
Our speaker this year is Barbara Hibschman who will be teaching about “Treasures of the Heart.”
Barbara is Pastor Jim’s wife. She is also a mother, and grandmother, who has worked as a public and private school teacher. They lived in the Philippines for six years and were on faculty at Kings College, Koronadal, S. Cotabato. These combined experiences have provided her with a colorful and humorous background to communicate God’s love and faithfulness.
Barbara holds a Master of Education degree from Northeastern Illinois State University, is the author of 8 books, hundreds of magazine articles, and a contributing author to 14 inspirational books. In 1992, she received the “Writer of the Year” award from the Greater Philadelphia Christian Writers Conference.
