We still say this to people as they come to our worship services even though they are scaled down in the number of those allowed to attend. The longstanding restrictions that have been in place due to COVID has required a lot of flexibility and adjustment for, well, pretty much everyone. And churches are affected too.
This Friday on January 29 we are able to meet in-person with just 20 – 25% in the church sanctuary. The service will be available live via Zoom and you are invited to share this time with us. That is 9am local Egyptian time.
We will continue with our message series about MAKE EVERY EFFORT with “Make every effort to enter that rest…” based on Hebrews 4:11.
At this time, the majority of our congregation will be joining our Friday worship service via Zoom. If you are interested in joining us, please email [email protected] for details.
Children’s Christian Education:
- Children’s church has resumed with in-person teaching for per-K through 6th grade children on the last Friday of the month. With the proper protocol in place, they will be able to meet together to learn more about our Savior Jesus. Due to the restricted numbers of people allowed to gather each week, the teachers have decided to have the Friday School only on one week per month.
- The nursery room is open, although there is no staff for this. If parents would like, they can take their child there.
- HCC is observing the published guidelines to limit exposure to the covid-19 virus as small groups are meeting in-person. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
